Internet isn't working all the time, it wasn't possibel to pay with credit card (they promised us it would work), the laundryservice is overprice and bad.

The location here was beautiful and convenient, close to the places we wanted to visit, with efficient service and delicious food.

We didn't have time, so we also would love to stay here again. Booked a room with bathub. The breakfast in the terrace was complimentary and very very good with amazing food and service.

Friendly and helpful staff - attractiveness and comfort of room - wireless internet free. Easy to get to from airport (first metro to New Delhi railway station, then a 10 min tuktuk ride) and close to Connaught Place

no windows (although in noisy and hot Delhi this can actually be an advantage but it depresses me not to have natural light). Breakfast was a little minimal. In India, of all places could one not get a pot of tea rather than bags with tea dust?

The location is good and stunning, to all areas of Delhi like city center & airport etc. And it's nestled in a really good building so close to the certain train station, shopping districts, and palm dor.

The hotel was cleaner than I had expected and I was pleasantly surprised by a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Everything worked well including the air-con and the flat screen tv with English language movies and hbo. Great place to land and relax and sleep off jet lag.

The position of the Hotel was not bad when the rate is considered. The room was very clean though; room service was very good.

I had an overnight booking. My flight arrived 05:30 in the morning, and at the time of check in I was not informed that I had to check out by 05:30 next morning otherwise I would be charged for 2 nights. Normal check in and checkout times were 11:00 and 12 noon, respectively, but in my case they calculated 24 hours stay. Although, they let me check out at 07:30 upon request, but things like this need to be cleared at the time of check in because many hotels allow early check in as a courtesy to their guests. Moreover, I only found this out by myself when requesting for a wakeup call. I also had a sleepless night due to a loud irritating repetitive noise outside the door (hotel staff claimed it was from a electronic room freshener fitted outside the door). The food (including breakfast) served in the hotel was awful.

The breakfast was comprehensive and excellent with a variety of options including paratha. the staff was excellent and very helpful. - the location was favorable with a bazaar and main market within walking distance.

The service staff was excellent and the owner visits the hotel quite regularly assuring the best service is offered. The hotel was quite accommodating to my requestS. It started with changing my room to a lower floor, they immediately came forward with couple of options, secondly I had rented a car from a Rajasthan and required the driver be allowed to park the car and use the staff quarters. They agreed right away. Id also checked in early which I dint get charged for. The breakfast was filling and the room service was quick. A good experience in all :)
